Fennel and Football

This week we didn't have too much time to cook, but we made up for it this weekend! Whitney saw the "Fennel" challenge on Iron Chef earlier in the week, and was determined to use it in a dish (see the first post). And of course, football and food go hand in hand, so we cooked cucumber salad, pork, and key lime cupcakes for game day with friends. Enjoy!
