Wrapping Up September

Sorry we have not cooked too much this week, friends! It sure has been busy around here. Our days were filled with meetings, homework, travel, and rehearsals...which left no time for cooking! Here are the two items we whipped up: Frito Love....fritos piled high with green peppers, cheddar cheese, rice, black beans, and chicken. Also, Whitney made Neil a "Congrats on Your New Job" funfetti cake. Horray, Neil!
