Our dishes this week were inspired by recipes from around the world. We visited Neil's parents last weekend and gathered vegetables from the local farmer's market to make Spanish gazpacho. Below you will also find dip and poppers from Mexico, spring rolls from Vietnam, pesto from Italy, and classic American dishes as well.

Also noteworthy, the last three pictures were taken with the iPhone 4 camera because our camera charger was misplaced in the move (it was just found today, whew). We were pleasantly surprised with the quality! Here is a great link with iPhone camera tips:
